Council meetings are held monthly, usually on the first Monday of the month. Meetings are normally held in the Memorial Hall and are open to the public. During Coronavirus restrictions, meetings were virtually, via Zoom. Zoom meetings were open to the public.
The Agenda for the next Council meeting will be posted below. The minutes for this year’s meetings are also below. You can view the Meeting Archives pages for the minutes for previous years’ meetings, including the Annual Parish Meeting (held in April) and Annual Meeting (held in May).
Due to the Coronavirus outbreak and consequent Government lockdown, Parish Council meetings were suspended in April, May and June 2020. In line with revised Covid-19 regulations, the Annual Parish Meeting due to be held in April 2020 was also suspended; the Annual Meeting due to be held in May 2020 was postponed to May 2021. Ordinary Parish Council meetings resumed virtually in July.
In place of the Annual Parish Meeting 2020, the Chairman provided an Annual Report summarising the Parish Council’s activities for 2019-20.
Due to continued Covid-19 restrictions on public meetings, the Annual Parish Meeting scheduled for 8pm on Monday 19 April 2021 was held remotely via Zoom.
The coronavirus regulations allowing remote Parish Council meetings ceased from 6 May 2021. The Parish Council can therefore no longer meet virtually. The June meeting of the Parish Council has been suspended pending clarification on the lifting of Covid-19 restrictions. The next Parish Council meeting will be held on Monday 5 July at 8pm, venue to be confirmed.
